Most of us humans have constructed energetic walls around our hearts to protect ourselves from painful experiences. Unfortunately, these walls ultimately do not help us after our immediate need for them has passed, and they can contribute to physical and emotional issues. Research conducted on people who have cleared their heart walls shows that participants noticed decreased symptoms of depression, PTSD, and anxiety after their heart walls were cleared. This can be you! Clearing a heart wall likely take multiple sessions, as most adult heart walls have many layers to be cleared. Three sessions is average, and I offer a three-session package option here as well. Clearing heart walls is one of my favorite things to do as an energy worker because it can bring about such beautiful changes in our relationships with others, with ourselves, and with Spirit.
