What Emotion Code is: Releasing the trapped emotional baggage from our energetic bodies, which can affect our physical bodies and overall wellbeing. Most people report feeling calmer and lighter after the emotional charge of these trapped emotions is released. What Emotion Code isn't: Talking about or reliving your trauma, or a substitute for psychotherapy with a licensed therapist. There is no need to discuss any of your business in an Emotion Code session. Memories may surface during or after a session, but they are yours to keep private. Emotion Code is also not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician, but it can be a beneficial complementary therapy for both your physical and emotional wellbeing. Sessions are also available via email for a reduced price. If you would prefer this type of session, please contact me through the site chat or email, and we will get your session confirmed. With all Emotion Code sessions, you can expect an emailed report with findings of what we released during our session.
